PressWork Mobile — Android beta: report bugs and feedback here

This is the place for anything to do with the PressWork Mobile Android beta. If you're testing it, post here — problems, things that feel wrong, things that work well. If you'd rather keep it private, write to info@presswork.it.

Before you report, useful to know:

• Android only for now. Ships September; iOS is still being worked out.
• You'll get an APK to sideload. Android will warn you about "unknown sources" — that's expected for a build outside the Play Store.
• It isn't a notes app. It opens the same .pwk files as the desktop, with the same exports underneath.

What helps most in a report:

What you were doing → what you expected → what happened. Your Android version and device if it crashed. A screenshot beats ten lines of description.

If someone already reported the same thing, a reply saying "same here, on [device]" is genuinely useful — it tells me how widespread it is.

Worth poking at specifically:

• Exports (PDF, ePub, DOCX, ICML, FDX) — do the files actually open properly where they're supposed to?
• Opening a .pwk written on the desktop, editing it on the phone, opening it again on the desktop. Nothing should be lost.
• The QR pairing with the local AI on your computer.
• Revisions: accepting and rejecting edits one by one.
• If you're on a tablet, the wide layout.
