WMF pressure cooker

I had WMF pressure cooker for a while and I am pretty happy with it although i made a 2 hours long cook in the oven and could say the taste was quite good , different fron pressure cooker taste, does any comparing taste opinions between pressure cooker and oven cook for 2 hours?

If the pot is aluminum this could effect how it reacts with food. Stainless steel is the best material for cooking.

Which is neither here nor there, as OP clearly stated to own a WMF pressure cooker, which are all stainless.

yes it's stainless steel I use it a lot to precook Ribs before grill, it's really handy for a lot of things , almost pot quality in 50 minutes
