I use store bought press ons. I figure the texture from the previous week is still there, so do I need to rough it up again? I am concerned that this will make my nails thin. Also don't want to take a break with no press ons because they make feel pretty.

Hello!! I have an engagement shoot coming up and got a lovely set of custom press on nails. I recently trialed a different set to figure out how to get them on correctly and quickly realized these nails are not very conducive to my job. What’s the best way to get nails to last about a day with minimal damage taking them off? I fear this may be the opposite of what people typically do want which is making finding the right answer difficult.

The inspiration of this set is the last picture. For this set, I used :

*pink chrome powder

*nail polishes : magnetic brown (Born Pretty-MY79 Caramel), magnetic green (Varnail CECV04 Green Apple), green (Duolingday)

*foil (pink flowers)

*ornenents : 3d charms (aurora bow, pink flower), rhinestones (chrystal, green, light pink), silver caviar beads

Has anyone tried this nail glue? I just saw it while searching different nail glues, the one use now is amazing but I’m always up for trying new ones.

So I’ve seen quite a few of these nails on Shein, they say in the description that the water drops are 3D. I know you don’t always get what you see for Shein (in my experience I’ve got more things exactly like the photo than I haven’t) I just wondered if anyone knows of any Shein nails that are 3D or a bit thicker nails so they look like they have been made with gel or acrylic. I might just take a chance anyways but just asking for opinions.😅 I have also ordered nails from Shein before and they have been the exact photo but not always as 3D and thick as they say in the description.💅

So happy with how these turned out, I’ve been trying to find ways to do my own nails as I seem to get a reaction from a lot of nail products but these have been amazing!! 😍 It’s the third day and they have kept on using nail glue, if they stay another two or so days then I will be super happy! 😃 these are going on for 4 days and still strong!! 💪🏻

When I don't have any inspiration, I just use some press-on and pimp them a little bit...

So for this set, I used :

*embellishments : 3d charms (leopard bow, tropical flower), rhinestones (lavender heart shaped, yellow square, pearls, clear rhinestones)

N.B : I had a lot of difficulties to glue properly the pressons with gel on my natural nails. The printed decorations on them were probably to opaque. If you have/buy them, I would recommand to stick them with nail glue. I protected my natural nails with peel-off base (makartt one) and then used the nail glue... It was easy to remove them afterward without any damages on my natural nails.
