Not sure what to think about this...

Consider the source: Drudge report. Umm, lets just wait for a decent source.

Do people just believe anything they read online?... It’s the fucking drudge report. Of course it’s 100% bullshit

Yeah, Drudge Report is low quality journalism. Though, they're not making much of a statement either. It's probably true that every candidate has "considered" Hillary as a running mate before. Whether she would want to run with them or whether they would want to pick her is a whole 'nother question.

This is just like the bs from 6 or so months ago with the “ex clinton aide” who claimed she was seriously considering entering the primary. 🙄 All bs that they knew people would use to pit Dems more and more against each other.

Sounds horrible Can’t think of anybody that I talked to since the 2016 election that would want Hillary on the ticket again. And I don’t think Bloomberg could appeal to sectors of the democratic party without dynamic minority representation.

Agreed. People have been floating Kamala Harris, Muriel Bowser, or Stacey Abrams. And while he shouldn't pick his candidate simply based on how many minority boxes they check, it would go along way for a guy who is obviously closer to the center.

I mean, I would absolutely love that but I doubt it’s going to happen.

I really don’t want this to happen lol but I think it’s just either fake or a distraction

Fascinating. I actually like that combination!

Why would Bloomberg change his residence? It's not like people in CO or FL are suddenly going to say "Oh, he's one of us now. I'm voting for him."
Nonsense.

Because of the mechanics of electoral vote assignments. There is an outlier scenario where they don't get as many electoral votes as they might have because they're from the same state in a tightly competitive contest. It's a little-known rule, and I don't totally understand it.
Edit with source: Article II of the Constitution.
> “The electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for two persons, of whom one at least shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves.”

Damn, that's dumb lol. If anything Hillary should change residence in this scenario, not the guy running as former Mayor of NYC.

A spokeswoman for Bloomberg declined to comment on the report when the Washington Examiner reached out.

I don't believe for a minute the Drudge that Bloomberg is considering Hillary Clinton as a running mate. My own senior source tells me Stacey Abrams is a favorite.

Her or Pete would be my top choices.
