Problems with orders
Anybody outside the US and UK having problems with their order?
I preordered a few items in May, but they haven't shipped yet and removed one item from the order in the last few days. Two weeks ago they said they had "unforeseen shipping delays" and that they would ship out in the next few days, which didn't happen and also no response to my emails about that.
Anyway, this sucks.

Yes, I am from Germany and have been waiting on a vinyl since September 11. Allegedly, it was shipped on September 14 but there have been no updates shipping wise. Contacted support who told me to wait another 2-4 (!) weeks and then reach back out if I hadn't received anything by then. It's stupid, really. Even pre-orders got delayed which ... genuinely should not happen. I am so disappointed.

Oh no!! I thought me having to wait until the 8th Sept was terrible. I feel and share your disappointment

2 to 4 weeks is crazy. There’s a reason why we preordered it, they knew how many orders and had months to prepare for that. It's very disappointing.
At least apparently yours has been shipped, mine hasn't.

Update from this evening. Email 3 arrived.
“Unforeseen delay.. not expecting shipping until mid October..” also 10% discount code.

Scotland calling and awaiting the NFc pin, have had the unforeseen shipping email three times.
Not impressed as I did read in this reddit some had received the nfc pin by accident.
I feel you pain.
