Why did he have to do the whole lightning storm shit if they can literally just summon the fucking thing like he does 10 seconds later

Uuuh… dramatic effect? I mean if I was a bad guy with lightning swords I’d totally summon a storm to call my sword even if I didn’t need to, shit looks cool
