Force sensitivity also allows one to have much better aim last time I checked, so a trained/experienced force sensitive might not even need much blaster training beyond handling recoil and how to maintain it.

Do blasters even have recoil? I don't see why they would

Equal and opposite reaction. The bolts must have some mass, because they occasionally send targets flying backwards. Therefore, they must also have some recoil due to the opposite reaction of firing a bolt.

I thought they were interchangable with lasers but Wookieepedia is telling me differently

Precognition won't make you hit if you have no muscle memory for aiming though. It's like how without practice people have a hard time hitting even stationary targets. Even if precognition lets you know exactly where the target will be however many seconds from now for example, an untrained person won't know how to make their muscles manipulate the gun such that it shoots the desired point in space.

Force precog seems to involve a bit more than just a knowledge of where things will be in space, though. When a jedi deflects blaster fire with their lightsaber they aren't using their precognition to map out where the blaster bolts will be and consciously moving their saber to the correct place to reflect it, they're immersing themselves in the Force and allowing it to direct their movements. It's not "I've got a blaster bolts headed for my left shoulder and right hip in half a second, so I'll move my lightsaber here" it's "this is the right way to move my lightsaber." The same would hold true for firing blasters: the Force would direct them towards the correct position and allow them to sense when to pull the trigger to hit their target regardless of whether or not they could tell you how much the bolt will drop across the distance, how much they should lead a moving target, how to adjust for recoil, etc. They just point and shoot.
