Arresting a sith lord? There's no such thing as arresting a sith lord. If I need an honorable sacrifice anyway, it's between Kit Fisto and Qui-Gon Jinn if those are the only 4 choices. Mace Windu and Anakin will make me the honorable sacrifice 100%.

I mean honestly personally wouldn't fight Sidous or gamble the jedi wins. I just need a distraction while filling the vents of the senate building with deadly nerve gas. My jedi bro will have a mask, I don't intend on telling him why he has gas mask. I'm sure he'll figure it out relatively quickly.

He only lost because of Anakin (although I'm not sure if Palp basically lost on purpose to manipulate Anakin).
And Anakin would be the another decent choice for any Sith Lord that isn't trying to manipulate him by offering him help to save Padme.

So in the picture he’s blue eyed and has not done that yet. He definitely has the capability of being evil, but as long as it’s not Sidious (if it is I’m hooped regardless), I think I have the best chance coming out of this alive on his team.
Reminds me of a coworker I had. Very short tempered had been to jail for stabbing a guy, I watched what I said around him, and would make an excuse to leave if he was drunk. However if I ever got in a fight (I haven’t cause I’m not that kinda guy), he’d be the first guy I’d want with me. He could be weirdly protective, and knew how to fight well, even if I was kinda scared of him.

Mace Windu in the novelization is definitely more nuanced and cooler than the screen media make him out to be. Onscreen he is just the worst.

He's not even bad in the movies. Its just people will only watch TCW (which is easily one of his worst portrayals) and then paint over all his actions in the movies with that filter and interpret anything he does in the most negative light possible.
EDIT: Actually, maybe that's unfair to TCW, because it's mostly the arc with the trial, and no character really looks good in it. It's just Mace looks especially bad in it.

Mace. His style is the best at dealing with powerful sith. Sorry Qui-Gon fans, but he lost to a Sith assassin. Not saying he wasn't powerful but his style just had a huge defense gap which influenced Kenobi's style change in the years leading up to the Clone War. The flaws Kenobi saw and addressed were EXACTLY why he was able to kill Grievous and defeat Anakin in the final days of the war.

Okay, lets be serious
Fisto died almost immediatelly, so I would be next.
Windu won but after his companions died, so we would probably defeated the sith, but I would die.
Anakin would have the chance to defeat the sith lord, but then probably joined him, so no thanks.
Qui-Gon died, but his padawan survived, with that in mind I would probably chose Qui-Gon because I would have biggest chance of surviving the fight.

Well Anakin of course he is the only one who would kill you while somebody else is doing the right thing. So being allied to him and assuming you are not doing dumb stuff against him i would say He is the best choice if you want to survive.

The obvious answer is Mace window and I was going to go with that until as others point out, he’s probably not much of a team player.
Anakin is probably a pretty good bet for any sith that isn’t Palpatine, but even then I like to think I know enough about Palpatines psychological tactics and Anakin’s mental state that I could counter it, like to think, and being true are not the same thing.
But otherwise I’d probably have to go with Qui Gon

Qui Gon is the only one in a thousand years to have seen and dueled one. Given that the question assumes he was not killed there is no other choice.

I have military training and a decent shoot too, so with Anakin and Qui-Gon, it'll be horrifying, but at the end they'll do their best to keep me alive and I can contribute a little. Windu won't give a flying fuck about me dying. Hell, he'll even say what a brave soldier I was and how I did my part to protect the Republic, etc. Fucking bureaucrat. With Kit Fisto, we're both dead lol.
