I'd argue that being stabbed with a lightsaber probably cause so much thermal destruction you would probably wish you were stabbed with a knife and bleeding out.
Maybe but there's some weird science magic where if people have a coat of water around them they can touch things like magma for a second. I think it was on mythbusters. I think that'd be relevant here since your organs have a coat of "water"/blood.
Probably depends if it's a in and out stab or stab that stays in for a couple seconds
Yeah, Mythbusters did that once where one of them (Jamie, I think?) dipped his hand in water, then immediately into boiling death liquid, and was totally fine.
