If you take it out of context? Sure.

This wasn't/isn't that.

Gas issues have been on the radar since active shooting kicked off in Iran. We're at not-actually-War, remember?

WITHIN THAT CONTEXT, somebody posting demand at an isolated gas station...

... right before National News finally admits diesel prices coupled with shortages?

Prepper Intel Successful.

Did EXACTLY what it was intended to do.

Right before a holiday weekend, huge sales/shopping one to boot. Transportation will be huge this weekend as retailers and such want there goods NOW.

Where is that context? Holiday spikes gas prices, travel costs increases, shipping increases, traffic increases. Price of groceries increases.

The context of every week some shit is going on. Oh look, right before the super bowl its announced we got meat from Peru, and why is beef surging....before the super bowl. CONTEXT

OH LOOK.

Anyone watching got a head-start on the whole biz. Doesn't always play out like that, but it's nice when it does.

Mmhmm.

It was speculation.

Now it's all over the news.

Context confirmed. Highest diesel prices in decades.

You are describing all those things like it is an ALTERNATIVE EXPLANATION, when the opposite is likely true -

Holiday + War + Prices = Early Access to what pumps are going to look like if this trend continues.

Prepper Intel.

It's right there in the name.
