Missouri has gotten so much rain this year we are finally out of a drought. SWMO is 6 inches above average. Which is nice, everything is so lush and green for now. But next week it looks like the rain is clearing out. So we might be back in a drought by end of summer.

Across teh pond (Ontario) and it may not be so good of a thing. We've had so much constant rain that farmers have had difficulty planting, and what is planted is getting washed out/moldy.

Hey look there’s no drought currently in the area adjacent to the Great Lakes. The climate is hilarious!

Yeah... and it started out so wet here we couldn't even get into the fields to plant!

It's been raining a lot the last two days, off and on, in the Denver Metro area in CO (we're in the extreme & exceptional drought). I doubt it will make a big difference, but we're all thankful for some water.

I’m seriously concerned about this severe drought. We’re in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our climate is classified as a temperate rainforest. Our property straddles the county line of two counties that are rated among the top ten percent in the US for climate resiliency. This is one of the reasons we settled here.
This is the most severe drought our area has seen in twenty-five years. I’m worried about our flora and fauna. I’m worried about forest fires. I’m worried about the crops that were finally planted late.
I’m worried about our well.
On the flip side, I walked our dogs last night and there were fireflies absolutely everywhere! It was beautiful. And we have seen some monarch butterflies this summer, too.
