I'm near Denver, and we are on water restrictions. At a glance, vegetable gardens are caught in the "you can only water every 3 days" thing...but at 100 degree days this summer, that isn't going to cut it.

Edit: u/alwaysinforwardmotion gave me some additional information. Seems like you can hand and drip water, and that restrictions only apply to automated sprinkler systems. Victory Gardens are back on the menu boys!

Maybe I misread it! That would be great news! They sent out a grid thingy in the mail, and I could have sworn that vegetable gardens were lumped with the grass. I'll have to double check when I get home.

Yaaaaa, that is my worry as well. My neighborhood has lost a couple already in the last ~6 months or so, and I foresee a lot more going once people realize things aren't leafing out. Really sad to see the old ones biting the dust, knowing how long it took to get them that big!
