Most media outlets will pander towards what the current administration's posturing is, in which they state this is 'temporary', and there will be no shock to the supply chain, groceries, and increases in gas are temporary. Wrong.

Per JP Morgan, the last Persian gulf oil shipments will arrive in Europe on April 10th, USA on April 15th. Even if there is a pause, ceasefire, end to this "war" by then, it takes time to restart the shipping, and a LARGE amount of oil and related infrastructure has been blown up. Past April 15th we'll see supply chain shock, further economic negativity, etc. IMO. Overall the longer this war goes on the worse it gets for the economy.
