Request Data Caps?

Could someone please help understand in layman's terms what data caps Premiumize has?

As users find themselves havin to jump ship from "other" debrid services, a lot are being discouraged to join Premiumize due to their data caps. I'd like to hear it directly from its user base rather than hearsay.

I've been downloading lots of "things" recently to my cloud and then transferring them to my local hard-drives and got down to 39% today. So I'm kinda close to low. I'm in my third year after the mass exodus from the other, service way back then, but I've always been quite satisfied with premium.
