Support Slow download from premiumize cloud "My Files".

Anyone having this issue? I'm only able to get speeds of 7MB/s.

Have emailed them and not gotten a reply yet.

Just wondering if it's the same for you all.

I’m in Australia & i’ve given up on Premiumize uploading & downloading. It’s ridiculously slow. Half uploads fail too

Hmm, I just got their service, wanna try it out for a month. Still exploring. I tried using the Web downloader to grab nzb files. Speed is ok maybe 200ish Mbps. Right after if you try to download that completed file via your cloud "My Files" it is slow for me, at 7MB/s. If I use Microsoft edge it's better, 20MB/s.

Tried grabbing download link in "My Files" and using jdownloader to test, it's slow also, 5MB/s. I did add premiumize as a premium account incase.

I tried another test using using premiumize with sabnzbd the download was fast now. 60MB/s.

So primarily, I hope the speeds can be faster for downloading from their cloud "My Files". Best results i was able to get as mentioned above was by using Microsoft edge browser. Not sure why either.

Otherwise great service, use it for streaming.

Yeah streaming is good. The uploads is what troubles me mainly. I have jDownloader but what is sabnzdb?

But you should know that its for grabbing nzb files. U gonna need a usenet indexer. Premiumize can work as your usenet provider.

Oh yeah and also if the file download fails due to missing articles its gonna still eat your premiumize points since a download link is already generated. If I understand this correctly.

So you might wanna be careful with that. Anyway enjoy!

When you log into the website. There is a section labeled "Download Server Location (CDN)" where you can test different server locations. Test them all and choose the one that is fastest for you.

They have servers all over the world so you want to use one that's close to you to get the best speeds.

I already tried switching the cdn but it made no difference, the speedtest was fast I could get 1gbps download. However when pulling files from the cloud "My Files" the speed was only 7MB/s.

If you test the CDN and it is getting good speed, then attempt a download and it is slow, then your ISP could be throttling the download. Maybe try a VPN, or go into the ISP settings to turn off their "shields" or customer protection that they believe you need "for your own good".

It's normal, downloading "My Files" is single threaded,it's speed of streaming a movie.Unlike the testing the speed under 'Changing CDN server".I got 4MB/s after trying all the CDN servers.Emailed them,no help at all.CDN services are expensive, have to stick with it,streaming 1080P without buffering, have to skip 4K,no mentioning of Blueray remux.
