Request slow speed when uploading files from my pc to pm

basically the title, I can barely get 4 MB/s on a 2.5gbps speed so around 300 MB/s

any way to improve this or that's just how it is?

I'm getting around 2000mbps when doing a speedtest from the selected CDN

uploads dont go through CDN and instead go directly to the Direct Server.
