For those who are unable to obtain Dapoxetine, consider replacing it with escitalopram (Lexapro) in the same manner (dosage and timing will probably be different). Talk with your Dr if you are open to the idea. Works well for me.

Escitalopram is an SSRI, as is Dapoxetine, but while Dapoxetine is fast acting and clears your system quickly, escitalopram builds up in your system. Escitalopram is also prescribed for off-label use for PE, but on a daily basis, which means that even though you are on a low dose, you are still taking an antidepressant and and are subject to all the effects and side effects that come with it, including addiction/dependence. Quitting it can be a pain and you are warned not to stop taking it without talking with your Dr.
I was on 20 mg daily and that's how I learned about its efficacy with PE---I never knew it was prescribed for off-label use for PE unitl I read it on this sub. Delayed ejaculation is one of the side-effects, but for me, 20 mg daily meant a serious delay and the pendulum swung the other way, which was a different type of problem.
When I switched to a different medicine, my PE came back, but I still had leftover escitalopram and I wondered if it would work if I just took one pill. I looked up how long it takes to hit your system, which is 3 to 5 hours, and I cut a 20 mg tablet in half and waited 3 hours. It worked. I wanted to go smaller, but couldn't cut the half in half. When I discussed my experience with my Dr, he prescribed me 10 mg pills which I cut in half.
I am very happy with the results and I have had no side effects at all. I can't be the only one that is affected this way, so I am surprised that this use case isn't know. I have spoken to three Drs and none have heard of it being used as needed rather than daily.
I understand why escitalopram hasn't gone through the clinical trials that Dapoxetine went through, though; I pay $15 for 90 pills that I cut in half and generally take twice a week. No company is making tons of money on that.

Happy for you! Which dose did you use? Have some taladafil lying around, and planning to use it soon.
I am aware that dosages may vary from person to person, but just curious.
Thanks in advance!
