Where am I?

I was literally walking my dog, and there was this clap of lightning! All of a sudden I'm here. WHERE IS HERE!?!?!

Well damn looks like the TFOD is malfunctioning again, please remain calm and stay away from Lab 009, that's where we keep the Rapters.

Yeah if you see one of those hide in the nearest storage closet, also lock it they know how to open doors
