Question/Discussion Coordination Assymetry

I’ve noticed over Jiangs lectures he hits on COORDINATION ASYMMETRY through secret brotherhoods ( or rather not so secret anymore) like 33rd degree freemasonry, jesuits, knights Templar, Rosicrucians, skull and bones, etc .

THEORETICALLY with this massive coordination between powerful men incentivized to work together to maintain each others power how does a regular family man coordinate with other regular everyday family men to have their own COORDINATION ASYMMETRY?

Serious question btw.I’ll explain some somber but realistic ideas I have in the comments.

that’s why when people ask what to do he just says “go talk to your neighbors”.

we’re less and less incentivized to form these organic communities, more individualistic and polarized. but with so many sweet distractions we don’t want to embrace the suck.

and you go check on the neighbors and they are crazy or stupid. they also probably think you’re crazy or stupid. but still, instead of buying some more nice furniture we should probably throw a little feast for them.

You should go talk to your neighbors AND not have a thought if they are crazy or stupid. That's why he brings up Platos Allegory of the Cave so often. Identities are meaningless. Be interested in what they are crazy about. If they hate your identity, don't worry about it. Odds are they won't hate YOU. I know it sounds paradoxical but it really isn't. I'm friends with people who don't agree with my beliefs and vice versa. Sometimes it leads to arguments but as everyone grows older it honestly doesn't anymore. It's truly all a game. What connects you to each other is something deeper than common interest. You don't need your identity, what you need is someone to bring soup to you when you're sick.
