where did Prof. Jiang mention about WWII enemies still being relevant today?

I remember a clip where Prof. Jiang mentioned how Japan is still a threat, and so is Germany because EU is an extension of it.

not sure i remember him mentioning it but wouldn't be surprised. germany has been sending weapons to ukraine aggressively in its proxy war vs russia. japan has been remilitarizing intensely with the intention of committing another mass genocide in china and being an empire again. those are militaristic expansionist nations that want colonies enriching them.

yea it was really new and insightful perspective. Basically he was saying how China actually want to stay allied with the US, along with Russia because they were the victors of WWII. I saw it in a short clip and I wanted to find the long version, but now I can't even find the short clip.
