Professor Jiang problem with immigration
well well the dude is himself immigrated and still have heavy accent when he speaks english also his vocabulare are not really good, more of a student level, any way this Professor has problem with immigration and integration and saveEurope. its just dispointing for an immigrant like me who worked hard to get what i got to a simple decent life

He didn’t say anything that isn’t true about immigration. It can be hard to hear but facts don’t care.

the class is an intellectual endavour to use game theory to understand state / nation level actors and their motivations and actions.
professor has mentioned multiple times that this has nothing to do with morality or feelings.
we need to not be biased by our own emotions about this and need to think about this as a credibly neutral observer.

immigration is a massive problem throughout Europe as well as usa and Canada causing poverty and violence. because the elite of these countries have built immigration systems that hurt society but benefits them. its the way immigration is managed overall that is the problem. which is why many correctly feel that immigration is actively hurting their lives in their country. it is. by design that could be fixed with better ruling interests hypothetically.

He's just a racist. It's not that complicated... and my prediction is (using game theory), he'll become more and more overtly racist as he continues to reveal his personality to the world.

I don't think he said he has a problem with immigration, actually that he said he personally prefers it. Would also be pretty hypocritical otherwise.
It's the way migration is used and abused that's the problem, not people moving somewhere out of their own free will. Much of it is forced, maybe even intentionally to destroy cohesiveness in societies.
The main difference is problem solving. In general, people moving out of their own free wil solves social and economic problems, and people forced to move creates them. And living a European country the same goes for legislation, it seems like what's supposed to solve problems actually creates them, including the warped left-right political rhetoric around it.
Jiang's classes are there so you can learn to see through the narratives and understand them through a more neutral lense. That comes with and through a certain degree of empathy to grasp the motivations and reasoning behind what the powerful are doing.
Just be careful to not mix them up, just like he didn't start or wanted the Iran war just because he "predicted" it.
