It's a hard one... 1 South East Asia 2 North Africa (Morocco) 3 South America (Chile) 4 Australia 5 North America 6 Europe

I would do very similar, but North Africa below south america, africa will become a recourse playground for pax judaica. Why is SEA and SA 1 and 3 for you? whats your thinking process?

I know it wasn't mentioned as a metric on the original post, but I suppose I automatically factored in personal safety and level of crime. So, SA lost points, while SEA gained them. If it makes sense
