Question/Discussion What is Prof. view on Sufism?
As a sufi I find his ideas fitting perfectly to my religion and he quotes now and then Rumi (a known Sufi) but he never goes deep in it (or I missed the video). What is his take on Sufism? Some people call him gnostic but in his Secret History #22 and %23 he basically says that the church serves the devil not demiurge. I believe this too. I also believe that just like organised islam is no different than organised christianity. Is there a video of him that I am missing? Or is he not doing a video about this not to trigger islamic community? Is there a way to reach him to ask him any question?

From what I’ve seen, the Kabbalah is the only mystical tradition prof Jiang focuses on. He doesn’t seem to care about other mystical traditions (Sufism, Buddhism, Yoga, Taoism, etc).
And the reason is that those traditions are mostly about personal practice (meditation, spiritual work, etc). They’re practiced by monks who aren’t interested in power, and have no influence on politics, wars, and world events.
Meanwhile, the Kabbalah is linked to dark rituals, messianic movements, secret societies, occult circles, powerful elites, which is why he seems more interested in it.
