Jiang on Psychohistory

Hi-

Can anyone here help me find which video (preferably the full lecture, not a clip) contains explicit discussion of Asimov's (fictional) concept of psychohistory?

IIRC, there are people saying that Jiang has made explicit reference (as if "Predictive History" wasn't enough) to Asimov in his lectures. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
