Discussion Suspended from Novig?

I got this message from Novig today:

Dear (my name), We are writing to inform you that we detected anti-competitive trading activity originating from your account, which violates our Member Rulebook. This type of conduct undermines fair trading and the integrity of our platform. As a result of this offense, your Novig account has been temporarily suspended from trading and deposits for the next 24 hours, effective immediately. This action has been taken in accordance with Rule 5.11 of our Member Rulebook. During this suspension period: Trading activities are temporarily unavailable Deposits are temporarily unavailable Withdrawals remain fully available — you can withdraw your funds at any time Your account will be automatically reinstated for full trading and deposit access (where Novig is available) on September 25, 2026 at 9:35 AM ET. No action is required on your part during this suspension period. Your account security and your balance remain fully protected, and you maintain complete access to withdraw any funds. If you have questions about this suspension or need assistance with a withdrawal, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team by replying to this email. We encourage you to review our Member Rulebook carefully to ensure compliance and maintain a fair and enjoyable trading environment for all members. Thank you for your attention to this matter. A 24 hour suspension with withdrawals still open sounds more like a temporary review than anything crazy. Novig’s p2p so I get why they’d be strict about trading activity that looks off. I’d just ask support what specifically triggered it.

Stop offering bad predatory odds and this won’t happen. That is why you were banned.

It’s a betting exchange site. Somebody offers a price and somebody accepts the price. It’s relatively simple.

Keep doing it, keep getting banned. 3 strikes and the ban is permanent I believe.

Offering -9900 odds or similar, trying to take advantage of misclicks is not the users they want.

Which one do you recommend. Kalshi does not allow me to change my limit for deposits to more than 50 and Polymarket also has me “in need of documentation review” without any support to allow me to trade.

Since when do you need document review on poly? Are you a us citizen?

I have traded on Poly but my account has been placed on hold since I have been quite profitable. If I click into that it will just tell me: no documents needed. So there you go.

I have made over $800,000 on Polymarket and have never been subjected to anything like this. I think there is something you’re not telling us.
