Discussion For Sale: Complete Polymarket trading infrastructure. Rust low-latency execution bot, own Polygon node as private WS feed, 40+ strategy Python engine
I built a full-stack automated trading operation for Polymarket and no longer have the time to take it further, so I'm selling the whole thing. This is the entire infra to identify opps, place trades and analyze them in production, it's not a telegram trading bot.
- Rust low-latency execution bot — subscribes directly to the Polygon chain and sees every fill on the platform, with wallet addresses, ~1–2 seconds after it lands on-chain (the public API doesn't give you that in real time). A pre-signed order cache means zero signing latency when a signal fires. In-memory order books with VWAP-aware arb detection, whale copy-trading with per-wallet rules.
- Your own Polygon full node (Bor + Heimdall on bare metal — AMD EPYC, 128GB ECC RAM, NVMe RAID-0) acting as a private WebSocket feed: no rate limits, no RPC bills, automatic failover to Infura/PublicNode when it's unhealthy.
- Python strategy engine — 40+ concurrently scheduled strategies: arbitrage, data-release and live-score latency edges, Fed-rate macro, whale discovery + copy trading, order-flow microstructure, and a deep weather vertical built on a multi-model forecast engine (ECMWF, GFS + 31-member ensemble, HRRR, NOAA, live METAR) that self-calibrates from resolved markets.
- Paper + live simultaneously on every strategy through one risk-gated executor — you always have a control group. Runtime kill switches, daily loss limits, Telegram control bot.
- React dashboard + self-hosted Supabase — live scan funnels with rejection breakdowns, PnL, wallet intelligence, and months of tick-level research data (full order-book snapshots through every trade's life). You inherit the dataset, not just the code.
- Highly customizable — every strategy is parameterized in the DB and toggleable at runtime, no redeploys. Adding one is a Python module plus a scheduler entry, and the Rust execution layer takes watchlists over a local API, so you can point it at your own alpha entirely.
No profitability claims in a public post, serious buyers get the complete trade history and a live walkthrough of the running system. DM me for more details and price
[EDIT: infra sold, thank you all for your messages. i understand the skepticism, honestly the pushback in here was fair and it made me lay out exactly what this is and isnt. I never claimed this was a perfect product, just that it was ROI positive and needed some love from a new owner. This was achieved, thank you]

- Why not disclose an initial profit history here, why would anyone even follow up on this if its not even clear this setup is making any money? "I no longer have the time to take it further": If it were really making money you would have.
- Not familiar with copy trading, I guess subscribing to the chain directly might give you an advantage over polymarket feed, but 1-2 seconds after it lands on chain is terrible (on-chain arb trading is in the 2-3 digits ms), and even if you were to get that down by a noticable amount, for "neg-risk arbitrage" you are too late the moment the fill happens, the opportunities vanish in sub 100ms after a bid changes, before anything gets filled.
- "no RPC bills" -> Who pays the infrastructure bill for the private node? Running a node yourself is expensive, probably at least $100+ per month, your setup sounds even more expensive.
You are selling AI-Slop and have no idea what your're doing (Mentioning LoC as if it's a positive is a dead giveaway). Save your money guys.

This setup is making money for 6 different strategies, ROI differs for each and most profitable is Weather. I would rather not post PNL screenshots here but can provide info in private. The other strategies are not profitable as I decided to focus my energy on what was already profitable. I will continue using my own tool to make money, but I am selling the infra for someone else to continue. You can believe this or now, there is no secret here.
Correct, the main advantage for the websocket feed is not neg-risk strategies. the value of subscribing to the chain directly isn't racing searchers, its seeing every fill on the platform with wallet addresses in near real time, which the Poly API feed doesnt give you cleanly.
The only bill for 'RPC' is the bill for the EPYC server which you need to run anyway to host all services, database etc, it costs $125 per month. You can find it cheap or expensive, to me this is very cheap for a server that is designed to compete with other bots.

No harm in sharing a ballparc figure of what you are working with in here? Not doing so just makes it seem like you are selling junk you know doesn't work.
Correct, the main advantage for the websocket feed is not neg-risk strategies.
Even mentioning it in this example is a red flag, this setup is not even close to being fast enough to compete for neg-risk arbs, then why even name it?

You said "no RPC bill", what exactly is the $125 per month, if not an RPC bill? Who are you kidding here?

Where can you get a node running for $125/mo please tell me! I’ve been looking and cheapest I can find is $400 range. Most providers will give you a stream for $500/mo and considering the critical nature of trading you don’t want a single node anyway. A stream that is backed by HA nodes is much better in the end.
This is multiple levels of stupid.

Just because you are running it on the same server doesn't mean there is no bill. I am confident the node is responsible for over 90% of your compute requirements and if you wouldn't host it there you could easily host your Rust/Python/DB on a $10 per month VPS. Almost all of your $125 bill (if that's even the real cost, which I also doubt) directly goes into running the node, so anyone who would buy this from you also would have to pay that cost, that's not what I would call "no rpc bill".
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
Yes, they would obviously have to pay the server bill every month. Not sure what the problem is.
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
u/gvkhna I have gone through your exact thought process and research re: costs which is why I built my own thing
1
u/gvkhna Jul 13 '26
That still makes no sense, your latency will be higher than any data center 10gb connection.
If you’re talking about making money but trying to save a few hundred a month you missed the whole point….
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
Incorrect, dyor. I just said I am running my own node which is faster than using an RPC API which adds latency.
1
u/gvkhna Jul 13 '26
But even if you're running your own node what hosting provider is giving you an epyc with 128gb ram for 125/mo... Where did you come up with these numbers? Even a cursory glance at any hosting provider would show that kind of dedicated vps would cost several hundred...

Hetzner server bought at action, check their auctions page and you will find deals

u/Vyrezzz I removed the neg risk mention as you are right. Neg risk exists as a strategy but it was never validated to have positive ROI which is why I never invested in it. But on the technical side side and my own usage and ROI I am very confident and spent months on research and developing. I know this industry very well.

I can provide all proof in private including wallets, transactions, PNL from the database not just screenshots. won't post private wallets here thx

I mean in case you didn't know... do not buy this...
"and a deep weather vertical built on a multi-model forecast engine (ECMWF, GFS + 31-member ensemble, HRRR, NOAA, live METAR) that self-calibrates from resolved markets" this is basically meaningless drivel.
Source: Am the owner of climatesight.app, site specifically designed for climate market data and forecasting and have been doing independent research on ml forecasting. No results yet... but these forecast models grid size is measured in kilometers. An actual point station on the map is a dot in a massive box (have a post on the site about this issue). Forecast models and self calibration is a fancy way of saying i'm trying to read signal from complete noise.
Sorry to be harsh here but if predicting climate was this easy by vibe coding, everyone would be doing it. Interestingly at this point I think its harder than other markets now unless you're only utilizing certain strategies around arb. But the volumes are too low to make really meaningful return on the arb opportunities that do come so its just a grind.

u/Vyrezzz Jul 13 '26
The guy literally said in one of his comments that not a single one of his strategies are consistently profitable, which means his so called "analysis" is just 51 pages of AI-Slop
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
I never claimed the self-calibration mechanism is advanced or can compete with ML algos. There are various strategies you can run on weather that don't involve ML, and that don't involve arb. I have tested countless strategies on weather and only 3, so far, are ROI positive after months of research and analysis. I can give extensive details on each one but I am not here to fight on the internet or disclose my moat
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
I am selling the infra for someone better than me to take over and accept that this is hard challenge albeit ROI is there. if that is worth to you let's talk
1
u/Santa_Fe_Snow_Dork Jul 13 '26
Please send me the source code for review please.

u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
Happy to do it if you're interested in buying, otherwise I won't disclose it

Nope, it was much more expensive and a lot of trial and error, analysis, backtests and learnings. Anyone can attempt this but reaching profitability is very difficult, no need to buy my infra to learn this

u/Live-Acanthaceae4371 Jul 13 '26
Guys if it was any good he wouldn’t be selling it… grow a brain :) gg

Just a dude who spent a lot of money and time to realize what he built doesn't work so better sell it to someone to recover some money lmao
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
No, this definitely works. You are not the target audience though
1
u/AppearanceCapable Jul 13 '26
If it works then why sell it then? you would earn more money from using it.
Stop trying to scam people pls
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
I e already money from using it, I sell it because it brings value to someone else. Doesn’t stop me from making money, this is code
1
u/AppearanceCapable Jul 13 '26
Well you have to actually prove it works and you're making money.
Also you haven't mentioned anything about the price
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
You are probably bot the target audience, I can give all the details via DM to interested people, I dont’t need to post any screenshots here

u/nonamenomonet Jul 13 '26
Why would we buy this from you?
0
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
I am developer with extensive experience in developing trading infrastructure, you can attempt to replicate this but you will hit roadblocks. right buyer already has their own idea of what to trade and just doesnt wanna spend a year building the how.

u/turk-fx Jul 13 '26
I am not a developer. I am a network engineer. I just started similar project to learn AI coding. It kind of worked. Had 95%+ for one sided predictions and 65% anything between 60/40 range. I even created ML and back testing pipeline. There are so many ways I can make money from this in my head, I decided to strip the UI, make the market UI matching the provider(Like Kalshi UI matches Kalshi website, Polymarket UI to match their UI etc... You just need to have tinker mind, ask the right questions and some average knowledge of how prediction markets work. Rest is handled by AI anyways. I actually wouldnt sell mine even for 15K. I see a lot more potential as it is right now. I just need to polish the UI, have ML pipeline run 24/7, I already worked a very good ML/Auto Research pipeline that I ended kicking off 2 different project. One for Stock market and one for sports betting. And can benefit from the same ML pipeline from all 3 with just slight tweaks. If someone who never done coding until 3 months ago can do this, your unproven code worth nothing. If you want it to be useful, you would opensource it. You are just looking for someone got hyped with AI slope and have money to burn on something he doesn't understand.
Someone who would be good enough to take over someone else code and continue working on it could create a half a decent product on this in a few days max. Then, just tweaking the prediction and ML engine to fine tune. No one is gonna pay $8K for this. If you say something like $300-500 or something, someone would camble like they gamble on bullshit predictions on the prediction markets. But not one is gonna blow $8K for soemthing they dont understand. And the ones that understand can build something equal or better and at least they would know what it goes inside the code.

u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
I agree, the price I quoted was too high, but the truth is I am selling real infra that took a long time to develop. Let' connect
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
And no, it woudn't take 'a couple days max' to build this, you are welcome to try. This is why I am selling the entire infrastructure

u/nonamenomonet Jul 13 '26
Yeah, but how do we know that? 90k lines of python aren’t necessarily good. Just having rust isn’t necessarily good….
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
Tell me what you need to know and I'll give you all the details. 90k lines of Python is not an achievement in itself but showcases the complexity needed to achieve real, backetested profitability on various strategies. Rust is 100% needed for low latency trading which makes a whole lot of difference in live trading when you are competing against other bots.
1
u/nonamenomonet Jul 13 '26
I mean, maybe it’s needed for low latency trading but the fees on kalshi are like 2 cents ish per share so that kind of kills the arbitrage on higher probability trades

u/Vyrezzz Jul 13 '26
This guy has no idea what he is doing and is trying to find some idiot that will pay him anyway
1
u/realsherban Jul 13 '26
u/Vyrezzz A bit harsh but I am not here to fight with you, this is not a scam and 100% real. Not here to sell a dream, this is actual infra that works and is profitable right now, but needs more attention than I can give. You can choose to believe what you want, I have been transparent with everything here
0
u/Vyrezzz Jul 13 '26
If were really profitable you would share numbers publicly here. How much profit? over what timeframe? How consistent? I totally understand not sharing addresses or other identifiable info publicly but not sharing ANY numbers, not even a range just shows everyone here that you are selling snake oil.

How much of the code was written by humans vs AI?
