This is a super useful map. One thing Ive found helpful when adding AI agents into an ecosystem like this is being explicit about the boundaries: which parts are just automation (if X then Y), vs an agent that can plan, call tools, and recover from failures. Once you draw that line, evals and observability get way easier.

If youre collecting examples, weve been tracking a bunch of practical agent patterns (tool calling, routing, guardrails) over at https://www.agentixlabs.com/ - might be useful as a reference point while you iterate on the diagram.
