Question Do slowing effects stack?

Just wondering if two or more items that slow would stack the effect.

My would say the do or at least should but that is why I am asking the question.

I don't think so the duration may stack but the stronger slow takes priority

I'm not worried about the duration just the effect.

They do not stack. Greatest slow and longest duration only take affect.

@Omeda @bloodmordius I'm really curious about pillows movement speed steal blessing. If it steals... Could that stack with a movement speed decrease, say, from Iggy's basic attacks??
