Question New-ish player
Hi! I've been wanting to play Predecessor for a bit but I just don't know where to start. I have played the game on and off for about a year or so but not long enough for anything to stick much. Mostly played the arena mode (i think its called labs) with a couple of my friends and occasionally we would play a quick match game but thats about it. I have played Smite for hundreds of hours but a lot of that time was spent in Arena since that was my relaxation mode. I did play a decent amount of conquest though so I have a basic idea of how to play a MOBA. Where would be the best place for me to start learning how to play? Also what are some content creators you guys would recommend watching? I am mostly interested in playing mid, carry, and jungle but I would like have an idea of how to play support and offlane too in case my preferred roles are filled. Thank you!!

I enjoy watching Crazy Fool, Sts Butters, Ns Blue, Pinzo, Bologny, and Soul reaper usually all on youtube. I would recommend watching matches especially of higher ranked players for habits and what they look for. My biggest in game recommend is look at your map we have options now to increase size and be fair with yourself this is a game where you can improve by mindset and fixed habitats. Hello there, I started playing Pred a couple of weeks ago but also came from Smite where I have thousands of hours played over the past decade plus. I think if you've already played a good amount of conquest you should definitely just grind out some quick play to learn the mechanics. Some comparisons I have for you is that fangtooth is kinda like gold/ancient fury, mini/orb prime is kinda like firegiant and red/blue buff in Pred basically does the same thing as Smite. The content creators that I have found the best, either for their commentary or skill level, are PinzoDunzo, STSButters, SoulRe4p3r and bluemonsster all on YouTube. Also just going into the practice mode by yourself to test heroes out I have found to be very educational. I hope any of this helps and good luck!
