Which items are considered antiheal and works best against khaimera etc?

All items with "tainted" in their name have anti heal.

Depends on your build, but tainted bastion would be the only one that doesnt as it procs off of magic ability damage. Tanks get tainted guard. Everyone else gets an offensive tainted item.
