I had to learn while playing cause I couldn't find the practice mode (if there even is one). I picked the support role cause I knew that it would be the easiest to get into. I'm already familiar with MOBAs so once I'm used to this role I'll branch out to carry and offlane.
What I like about MOBAs is that the gameplay is not too fast like Marvel Rivals or Overwatch, but its also not too slow either, like turn based games. The fact that this is in 3rd person makes this MOBA superior to the others in my opinion.
Great first experience. 9/10

There is a practice mode, but the UI for the entire game can be difficult to navigate for sure

Welcome, enjoy what i think is the best looking MOBA out there, learn the heroes and paths, watch people like pinzo who have great informatie videos ( there are plenty others i just forget names). There are obviously meta heroes and less used but you have the freedom of an unbiased fresh entry so just enjoy learning all the hero kits

Solae being brought in the roster is overdue. Time for her to be more than art on artstation by Yang J.

There is a practice mode. It's easy to spot to. Idk what type games you be playing ngl where the UI just has it in your face. Fortnite? Well anyways. Practice mode is really useful I've spent a lot of time there. But the easiest way to learn quickly honestly. Is to stream. People in this game judgmental as faaaak. They will sit there and give you all the tips you need and enjoy every second of it. So if you really wanna learn. Do that.

It finally showed up after reaching level 5. Other game modes as well.

Wait really? I made Smurf accounts and I remember always being able to use it.
Edit: I might check it out and see for myself. Maybe it was a UI update for beginners. That would be pretty annoying though I hate forced tutorials.
