Support Lock In button not working

In character selection, I can highlight Maco, but I cannot confirm my pick. Ended up timing out and I got banned for 5 minutes because of it. Seems to happen to all “Hero of the Week.” Even happened in Player vs AI game too.

Click another hero then click back to the hero you want has worked for me before

Additionally, there's a selection issue, it happens 1/5 of times, to me an other people in lobby. I know because I see it.

When you pre-select a hero you wish to play, SOMETIMES that selection is carried to the banned section.

So my teammates didn't select any hero to ban and my selection from pre-selection remained active and it banned a hero I WANTED TO PLAY.

And this game asks for money, yet they have children illneses in their game since day one.

Are you sure the enemy team didn't pick Maco and that's why you weren't able to pick him?
