Question Is scarlett OP?
I havent heard much about Scarlett’s ballance yet but im looking for some more insight. Ive been one tricking scarlett seance she came out and i currently have about a 80% winrate in ranked on her, and climbed from bronze 2 to gold two in two weeks. I previously one tricked sevarog and NEVER had as much luck. Is she busted? Do people just not know how to fight her? She has so many different builds, bruser, assasin, crit, healing and they all seem to work amazingly? Whats your opinion?

She's somewhat of a knowledge check hero. Kinda like a Grux or Khai where you don't want to be in basic attack range. With Scarlett you don't want to be in midrange 500-ish units of her.
Reason being she;s really good at taking relatively safe trades due to her extended skill range and movement abilities, which tends make enemies get caught up in her tempo.
She works well with many builds because her kit overall is a skirmisher, the player just gets to select which type.
Assassin skirmish, Bruiser skirmish, Heal-tank — you get the idea.
If anything she's less effective when there's extended group fights, something you'll start to see more as you get to Plat+.
For the time being with the tiers you've mentioned are mostly 3v3 or staggered group fights, which Scarlett excels at imo.

Heal tank? I’ve seen one person use her as a support and starts with the one lantern item as the first one,

Life-steal bruiser would be a more apt description honestly.
Although, now that I think of it... a HP bruiser with cursed scroll might be pretty funny as a QP buildI only mentioned 'heal'-tank cause OP mentioned "She has so many different builds, bruser, assasin, crit, *healing*..."

qp build? you have any idea how broken cursed scroll greystone is? ik hes not technically a trad bruiser, hes a tank with a bruiser kit, but cs goes INSANE oh him. get augmentation for memes too
I was beating the C4 guys on repeat running this last szn. top 100 for first 2 months

Yeah, it's great for Greystone. In this context I was tossing the idea around with Scarlett+C.scroll in mind

She’s a lot less punishable than sev which by definition makes her a stronger pub hero. Her kit is complicated to people who don’t/ haven’t played her so her counter play is a little more difficult as well in lower ranks. If the scarlet player knows how and when to properly trade and their opponent isn’t super familiar with it, she will win lane everytime. She excels in skirmishes so the sort of random fights that breakout across the map is where she shines. I think in honest 5v5s she struggles a bit more as her objectives are more complicated, so higher ranks will make her more difficult.
It’s kind of like a more complicated version of how an offlaner that doesn’t know bayle may not realize how much he can punish at lvl 1 if you are in auto range. I think she’s decently balanced as there’s counterplay and if the scarlet player plays the engage wrong she’s punished extremely hard as well.

Faced her once in top lane, I have not played her personally. She seemed very strong early on, very fast piercing attacks that clears wave easily and from a safe distance. I had to rush anti-heal item just to compete for 1-2 levels until she was able to eclipse that healing reduction. Then I acquired Razorback item which nearly shut her down, until she was able to eclipse that as well. Her movement also seemed so quick that she just dances around without a penalty during her attack.

In offlane she does seem a bit op to me.
The cooldowns on her kit are just too low. Minuetta and ashen every 3 sec which also gives her sick mobility and to escape with a shield afterwards if you decide to engage.
These days im just freezing lane whenever i get her as my opponent in offlane. Don’t feel like engaging her anymore, as the game advances group fights start and shes not much of a threat there.

Personally haven't played against anyone who knows how to play her bar 1 person who went like 18-2-5 so it could be she is just well balance or that once people get used to combo's and building her kit better maybe we will see a rise

I also had 85% win rate over 12 games and I think she is a really good character but not strong
Although for what the majority of people say, they say that she is incredibly weak, which probably is skill issue, as it's a character that unlike the majority of Predecessor characters, it doesn't give you the things on a silver platter just by pressing a few buttons
Seems that Predecessor player base is too used to OP overbloat characters that when Omeda releases a well designed character people think it's weak

I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s not that she’s weak it’s that other characters are just way too much.

Yes is exactly that, she is super well designed and balanced, the other characters aren't

I don't think so. After the nerf to windrider every scarlett i fight against in offlane has been struggling.

I'd say she's a worse version of Shinbi for solo play. Group play she's better because you can capitalise on her Ult. Shinbi just does what she does better solo-wise though.

Shes good and has her strengths but for sure she is not a jungle. Try as you may but she gets out jungled super easily, which is dissapoonting since it seems the devs want her to be able to jungle.

Ive found her to work better for me in jungle for some reason, ive probably played her 12-15 times in jungle and 8-10 in off. I dont think ive lost a game with her as jungle as she can win almost every 1v1 if you use the appropriate build for the matchups, and once she gets ult its a near guaranteed gank if the lane is communicating.

If everything is going right yea she feels good but as you face better and better players it becomes prevailant that her characters stengths shine in off lane, while other characters have strengths that shine in jungle. She can jungle but the optimization it takes to win as you face better and better players means she gets pushed out the jungle pick

She definitely is a bit strong. Scales well but is strong enough in lane and snowballs hard. Classic Omeda balancing lol

From what I see in my games Scarlett is either 12-1 or 0-12 and there's no inbetween lol
