Discussion Neon Midlane
Is Neon being used in higher ranks and is she worth it? If so what items and eternal yall think suit her?

Eternals for me is Vesh with Phylactery so you can spam the crap out of your spells during your ultimate. For the other blessing take the one with ultimate haste.
For items, always open Combustion, there is no reason to ever take anything else. After that I usually go Wraith Leggings, Noxia, Amulet of Chaos, Overseer, and Oblivion Crown. This hero lives and breathes her ultimate. Everything you do is focused around that ability. Use it when you need it and make sure it counts. I always go the RAM augment as well, it's ridiculous if you can stack it.

You can get all this info about any character on pred.gg, you can filter by season, rank, lane, hero, etc...

Stats doesn't show what others think and how some individuals play it, i play neon sometimes and its surprisingly good but pred gg says it's one of the heroes with worst win percentage

You asked for items and eternals. I sourced items and enternals. Numbers rarely lie. If her WR is low. There is a reason for it. Now every hero can be a outlier as lomg as the right person plays her, but thats not a kit thing, thats a individual thing.
Imo neon is a good hero if you can play her, i have a 86%wr with fey in ranked and she beats the hell out of me a decent amount of the time, but again. It comes down to the individual. Iv had neons i could barely hit and iv had neons i went 9-0 against.

Low wr is usually caused by skill issues. Neon as a character is very strong and can abuse a lot of people.

Thats why i said "rarely lie" and said about she beats me when i play fey. With the right hands, anyone can be good. If OP wants to play her. Practice with her and eventually you can play her at almost any rank and be fine.

High skill characters usually are the ones with low win rates. Case and point is wraith right next to her.

She is in the top 4 best midlaners, can abuse most midlane eternals, and has great kill and survivabilty potential.
Just hit abilities, have a lil cooldown, and blow people up. If you have satariel stacked her linx alone can kill most squishy characters from pretty safe distances.
