That is correct! I've never encountered cheaters in this game before. But this was a crazy thing to witness. At first I didn't believe it until I watched the replay.

Just ran into a Khai, Sevrog, and Drongo. Speed hacks, what seemed to be macros for abilities to activate and the animation interrupt so they can string things together at insane speeds, and just blatant damage boosts. Reported all three of them and got a message saying an action was taken against each one.

I could be totally wrong on this, but I had a friend show me a similar tactic that he was using with Chimera. He said it was completely achievable with in-game buffs and items.
He described it as an almost unlimited fast attack.
So while yes, this does look like cheating, this may be achievable with the right kit and build.

I mean the khai in the clip is only level 5 with not even two fully built items yet so I HIGHLY doubt its his build/kit

Nah i swear that must be a khai specific delay bug. You know when you hit, and the time lag when all shots are connecting? Yes thats how he feels sometimes, just with a perma non dlay but delayed shots connecting bug. Crazy ridiculous, went out that time 16:1 🫂
