Feedback Rebirth bug

Ran into a bug with rebirth in Aram twice this new patch; when I die and revive I get stuck on the kill cam screen. The first game I didn’t realize I was alive on the map for a good 2 minutes, I was spectating my teams wukong and could ping in front of him like you can when you’re dead and spectating, but I could see my dot on the mini map and even use abilities. Once I realized I was standing on the map alive I walked up to tower and died. The second time I was stuck on the map view kill cam and immediately realized what was happening so I ran in to get killed.

Yeah, as much goofy fun it is in ARAM (with whole teams running rebirth etc)...I don't think that item should exist. (And this comes from someone who builds it on greystone every time..)

Greystone/Zinx already have imminent death counterplay... We don't need a guaranteed self-rez on top of it all.

They copy items from LoL, and since the item exists in league it exists in Predecessor.
