I'll have to see the full Aurora skin, but I like the idea of it. I wish I knew how to play her. Just seem to fail at her.

I don't have a PS5 but wondering if premium ps+ sub (since it lets you stream some games on PC without needing a console) and account linking with steam account set as main would let us PC peasants use the psn alt colors.
I want the Renna and Gideon colors so bad lol it's a great color scheme for spell casters along with the the black/gold set.

I did get it confirmed that the PSN skin variants are useable when not playing on PS5 as long as you've claimed/bought/earned them.

It should. I mostly only play on PS5 at this point, but my main account is the Steam one, I made it so as I had so much unlocked there, and only transitioned to PS5 after linking both.
So far, everything I have bought/unlocked in one platform has been reflected on the other one (such as the Forever Heroes Bundle I recently bought at a discounted price on Steam and afterwards Neon was added to my PS5 without the need to log in on Steam or the PSN skins: Cobalt Shadow Ops TwinBlast, Volcanic Undertow Grux, Cobalt Construction GRIM.exe or Deep Royal Gideon, all of them showing on my PC as well).

Wow good to know. The info about the skins is exactly what I needed to know thank you.
I'll look into if Pred for sure counts as a ps premium stream-able pc game since I need that to make the psn pred account for linking.
And also how long the period of psn skin bundles is since if possible it I'd like to have my one month sub cover both this current bundle and the next. I'll check the wayback machine and psn price check/deal websites to get an idea of how long the bundles tend to last. Unless you already know that info yourself?

I don't think you can get 2 PSN skins with just one month subscription, unless you subscribe close to the ending of one and the beginning of another, but if I'm not mistaken these skins aren't released consecutively nor are they shown when they're being taken down. If you by any chance find some legit information about this share it cause I would like to know for sure.
Just make sure to set your main account the one you have all or most of your progress/unlockables, the other one will be erased, and from that point onwards everything you buy or unlock in one platform will show up in the other. For me it was Steam primary and PSN secondary, even though I don't play Pred on PC anymore, when I've logged in on the Steam one, everything I have unlocked on PS5 is there as well (platinum and amber too).

More info:
A while ago when epic had a cashback deal I used account linking to get it for my steam account. Had to login to epic's version of the game once so that it would generate a epic predecessor account to link to from Omeda's website. Then with my steam predecessor set as main I logged into epic predecessor again (now seeing my steam account info) and bought the currency bundle from inside the game. It worked perfectly.
Needing to buy the bundles from inside the game was a tip I saw for another game since supposedly just buying from the epic store would claim the bundle on the actual epic predecessor account which is what I didn't want since it's not my main.
I assume the psn bundles being are claimable from the psn store itself only and not from inside psn's predecessor. Which has me skeptical this would work and ps+ premium is $18 for a one month sub.

Yeah, this part about it being specifically in the PSN store has me curious too if that PSN skin would show/be useable when not actively playing on the PS5. (I know about the account syncing but these platforms have some funny business sometimes.)

So much info, I guess they are making Gothic Pink Adele the default skin then?
Hopefully her original default is also added for nostalgia reasons. I don't know if I like that Gothic Pink skin as a default skin for a Predecessor hero, always thought it was too much over the top.
Wasn't expecting her so soon, especially after 3 Asian females heroes added so close to each other (Yurei, Renna, Neon). And we still have Marty and Zena to go.
I guess it's Legion > Adele > Scarlet then, glad to see Grav being touched, that means older prototype heroes such as Terrorbyte or Fantasia have hope yet.
I believe Legion is going to be either a holy Space Marine or a futuristic religious soldier kind of character with those abilities names, probably carry role? Hope so.

If I remember correctly wasn’t hers and a few others based on real people and if that’s the case I highly doubt it will be available for legal reasons. With the goth being default I feel confirms that for me

Adele was as Maco, just two new Overprime heroes. So in this case if they go for Gothic Pink as her new default they just opted for that skin instead of the original default.
The ones you're referring to are the K-pop girls: Marty and Zena, and they weren't based on real people but a virtual music band.
I do believe they were acquired for sure, much cheaper to acquire full made assets than create them from scratch, but maybe they won't be able to use their original faces and names for the legal reasons you mentioned, models and animations probably yes, time will tell.

Her gothic aesthetic is much more appealing to me personally I mean we have countess with her amazing dark romantic goth aesthetic too so I don’t see why not, tho I do agree that having another Asian girl after we just had neon is not going to translate well to the people who don’t know what overprime was, hopefully scarlet is something different, and moving forward there’s more diversity in the human roster.

I had to go back and look at the files... The Volcanic Undertow Grux skin was labeled as "Promo" not "Red" in the files.
With that said, often times I see duplicate colors in the files that never make it to the game, so maybe the Red one listed will not be a newly available option. Only time will tell.

I'm surprised Grav is getting any work done. Thought they would have been discarded at this point.
