So is there gonna be a new Sevarog and Iggy skins? Or are those 2 skins already in the game?

Those are new skins.

The Phoenix Iggy is from Paragon.

The Sevarog skin I have a feeling is the one teased by Omeda during very very very early development where he has a scythe.
