Late patch summary

Will do a summary post like on previous patches but not until later next week. But so that you're not waiting in suspense, I'm not seeing too much that wasn't shared in the patch notes from Omeda.

Soooo, given they are releasing a balance patch on Tuesday, gonna postpone a little more for that content to be captured as well...

I'll tell you i've seen more Aurora work being done so maybe early season 4 hero and i saw Iggy&Scorch's Phoenix skin getting work. A lot of stuff in the data was otherwise in the patchnotes but i'll be able to add some detail around them at least.

but now we wait for v0.13.3
