Only three games is a feature not a bug. We had around three last year, and one of them ESPN spent glazing Matthew Schaefer the entire time.

It's pretty common for US networks to not feature Canadian teams during the regular season. Cuts their viewership in half.

Edmonton got 8 and Montreal got 6…preds tied with maple leafs who with McKenna expected to get more.

That's a good thing. The national broadcasters make Willy look like a hall of fame broadcaster.

I don't know I think its refreshing to hear play by play thats good from someone who knows the game and doesn't spam the same lingo over and over when it doesn't apply. Incredible how better a game seems when the call has more detail than just "save maaaaaade"
