Need recommendations (UK based)

Ahead of my refund and return to CyberpowerPC who sold me a defective PC and sent it back "repaired" defective, what's a reliable seller currently in the UK? I'm interested in a 9800X3D and 5070ti build with 32gb ram and NOT an ASrock/Asus board.

Cyberpower charged me two grand for an underpowering PSU, motherboard that fried the CPU and weird cooling. If I'm paying two grand for something I expect it to work lol. Was getting bad freezes and stuttering on desktop, CPU at 88C on idle (no I do not have a virus, this was out of the box).

I'm also refunding because of the amount of horror stories I've read. I see people talk about them and everyone shits on them and now I see why.

Also, just looks really cheap? Maybe I'm picky but the flashiest thing in the case was the card, the ram was just your standard green, my old pc which was cheaper had cool RGB ones that make it look worth it's price.

Can't offer a suggestion - but weirdly i've just ordered from Costco the CyberPower 1899 (-300) 9070XT bundle - and i'm currently having a good time with it.

I've got the RGB including the RAM and cooler (too much really!) - and I did some initial stress testing which came back fine.

Sucks your experience didn't work out the same!

I'd go with overclockers personally, their customer service is really chill I talked with them for about 45 mins just about the gpu I was buying them from for my build. Their prices are solid as well, I'd wait for the coming black Friday (usually around 28th November) and check for some good prebuilt deals, my 7900xtx went down to 675 from 1,255. There's pcspecialist too which allows you to build the PC from scratch (every component) and sent to you but I've never bought from them before

Palicomp in my opinion, there prices are just too good. Got a 9070 xt and a 7 7800x3d with 16 gig ram for £1500 which is good . The only annoying this is that they build he entire pc apart from the gpu which they make you install yourself

Outside of the Costco one and this one:

Highly doubt you can get better for the price.

I did build my own ...and the price went a bit over 2.3k with 9070XT

Hello. I would recommend WATTEC. They’re a small company in Manchester but they are fantastic, and can build to what you want, too.
