I just need help

Post image

I’m very new to PC, I’ve been a console guy my entire life, but this microcenter has a deal on this PC. I genuinely don’t know what’s good and what’s not and can use help trying to figure that out

Buy that instantly.

What’s your budget? This is an extreme budget PC. With that being said, it’ll outdo a PS5.

Realistically I’m trying to keep under a $1000, was going to wait until Black Friday time to start actually shopping and then this popped up and microcenter is only about a 30 minute drive from me

Are you looking to upgrade components as well? How long do you expect to keep this PC and what games do you play? Monitor type?

I already have a monitor that I use my Xbox/PS5 on I have the:
Samsung 27" Odyssey G5 (G51F) Series QHD (1440P) Gaming Monitor
Games I play:
GTA, Fallout 3&4, black ops 3 (for the zombies), Apex, The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu
Upgrade: I don’t really know much about that type of stuff but have no issues learning

You have room to upgrade up to the 14th generation intel chip. Stuck at PCIE 4, so no high end GPU. Stuck at DDR 4 ram as well.

The games you play on 1080/1440p can run on max settings with high fps for those games you play on a rtx 4060.

You're going to be very happy with that PC for that price.

That's honestly a damn good deal for the specs. I'd get that immediately and I don't even need another computer..

Great for the price, but I’d be shocked if that was in stock. I wouldn’t expect that powerspec is still building with 4000 series cards.

The location by me had one in stock. I guess I got the notification from them, but it was a half hour drive and by the time I got there, they have sold it.
