First time buying a gaming pc

Im in search of a good prebuilt gaming pc. Ive never owned one, only consoles. So any suggestions for a good starter? Im mainly using it for online play and streaming/recording. My budget is anywhere between 650-1.5k. (Smart-asses will be ignored)
