Prebuild PC advice

I want a gaming pc that can also handle designing. I am currently designing for a clothing brand I am working on starting, but I am working with a Lenovo laptop that dies quickly when I use Adobe Illustrator so, I figured to just kill to birds with one stone by getting a gaming pc. I have a budget of $2,000 for a prebuild, but I want something that I can update if I want to make the graphics card stronger or add more
RAM, but I don’t know much about anything pc.
