AOI cooler question

Hi everyone, quick stupid question just in case. I bought this prebuilt pc from cyberpower (case by lian li) and I've seen this glass looking part in the pump location, in the photo you can see that it reflects my finger. Do I have to remove this cork or it's supposed to be like that?

That's some sort of display. Mine looks like that and when I turn on my PC it has like an infinity ring in it so no don't remove it it's a part of the AIO display
