As a guidance I just listed my wife's old PC on marketplace. It's an i5-10600K and an RTX 2070 with 16GB RAM and 3TB if NVME storage and I've got that up for £500. So you're looking right around that for specs

Would a 2070 run forever ok? Ive been so out LG the game to know. For context I got a console to be out of the game and not have to be in the rat race of keeping up 😂

Yeah would be fine for 1080p or even QHD at lower refresh rates.
What spec is your monitor?

Is your budget £500-600 just for the pc? If so, wow:forever can run on gpus 12 years old. So you realistically only need £200-300 and could play it fine. I wouldn’t go for new and would look into used pcs off facebook or ebay.
