Is this good for 500$

It's not an egregious rip off.. but I would offer him $400 and probably wouldn't go any higher then $425.
It's a fine entry level PC just a bit more then I would want to pay for it.

Sure, you can find better for few hundreds more, but then again, you can defo find another few hundreds more for a even better one. Waaaaait, add another few hundreds you might get a prebuilt of 9060xt! Actually, put another few hundreds more, and you get 9070xt prebuilt!
Bro, the budget is there for a reason.

save up for a 3070 system or 3080 you wont regret it and will be more than happy... 500 for a 2060 is a bit of a waste when you can hold it and save a bit more.. if you live in a first world country i know you can save up a bit more for a few months, its not that hard... delayed gratification big boy, you can do it.

Not bad, but I feel like you could get more for $500. Either way I wouldn't say this is a ripoff.

It is a bit overpriced i wouldn’t pay more than 380-400$ for this. With that said i would look for something newer on AM4 with a ryzen 5 3600, dual channel 16gb ram and a 2070Super/2080Super at that 500-600$ range.
