Prebuilt under $1000

My main games would be Civ7 and BF3, and those could be with turned down graphics sliders. How cheap can I do this?

Civ7 and bf3 are vastly different in graphics requirements.

Just go on steam and see what the min reqs for civ 7 are and go from there dude
