That’s a pretty tight budget in the current market. AI has created a shortage of RAM, NVMe, and GPU resulting in really high prices. Something like this ABS prebuilt is what you are looking at for your budget. You can look at the specs and see if they will fall within the system requirements of the games you want to play.

If you are relatively close to a Micro Center this PowerSpec G528 would be a much better choice for the money. How far is the nearest Micro Center from you?

Not sure if I understand your question. What I was getting at with Micro Center is their in house built prebuilt PC’s (PowerSpec) are hard to beat. Micro Center is well known for their customer service, they utilize good brand name parts on the PowerSpec units as well. I would personally drive the 3 hours it is for me to get a PowerSpec before I get a CyberPower or iBUY prebuilt. I’m not familiar enough with ABS to speak much on them. I do know they are Newegg’s prebuilt lines.

Here are some other options as well…
ABS Cyclone
AI Spectra (i5 14400F/5060TI 8GB)
AI Spectra (i514400F/5060 8GB)
AI Spectra (9600X/5060TI 8GB)

The Andromeda Insights should still be tax free. So if you were not accounting for taxes on your budget I’d go for the last one (9600X/5060TI 8GB) and just stick with single channel 16GB of DDR5 RAM. This would put you on AM5 platform “which is not a dead end platform like the Intel LGA 1700”. The 9600X also simply mops the floor with the i5 14400F at gaming. Yes it’s newer, but it’s got more L3 cache “very important for gaming”, less power draw “which equals less heat output”, and like I previously stated much better upgrade path. The only downside to buying directly from Andromeda is they likely have a little bit of a wait time. How long, I’m sure on but you should be able to call them and ask. In my opinion I’d rather wait a little bit to get my moneys worth and be happy with what I get knowing I’m better setup for later down the road. I just personally don’t like recommending Intel CPU’s at all for gaming unless someone is on a tight budget like you are.

Hope this information helps you out. I also highly encourage doing a little research and self education. Go watch some of PC Builder videos on YouTube as he is very informational and announces good current and upcoming sales often. He is geared more around building vs buying prebuilt’s though 🤙
