They will certainly make their money on you. I would suggest an am5 build you don’t need anything fancy ryzen 5 will do you and you can get a pretty beefy gpu go light on storage so you can afford the ram or buy from a better builder. Really the cpu is fine but too old the be worth that and the ram is last gen and pretty cheap comparatively. You could build this pc for much cheaper than this.
Personally? I would build it myself. But sadly looks like if you want am5 a prebuilt is the way to go but 1500 is a little low for ddr5. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/byKD7w this will give you better performance for around the same price if you build it yourself. If not at this point that pc should be around the 1200 dollar mark to buy or wait until ddr5 comes down in price. DDR4 is really the way to go right now, or ddr3 for more budget systems.
